Refund Policy for Sumner Nexus

Owner and scope
This policy applies to https://sumnernexus.com, https://links.sumnernexus.com, and https://legal.sumnernexus.com. Sumner Nexus and Sumner County Pulse are operated by Graden Publishing, LLC. What we sell
We sell memberships and related digital services. We may also sell advertising and sponsorship placements in the Sumner Nexus newsletter, and on pages that promote the newsletter. All services are delivered digitally. There are no physical goods.

Cancellation and refund are not the same
You can cancel a plan or an ad order at any time. Canceling stops future renewals or future runs. Canceling does not automatically create a refund. Refunds follow the rules in this policy.

Membership plans

Founder Monthly
You can cancel any time. If you request a refund within thirty days of your first payment, we will refund the most recent Monthly charge. After the first thirty days, Monthly payments are not refundable. Canceling stops future Monthly renewals.

Founder 2 Pay
You pay the first installment at signup and the second installment six months later. You can cancel any time before the second installment. If you request a refund within thirty days of the first payment, we will review the request case by case. If approved, we will refund the first payment and cancel the second. If you request a refund after thirty days from the first payment, payments are not refundable.

Founder Annual Pay In Full
Annual Pay In Full is billed once per year. Annual payments are not refundable once service begins unless we fail to deliver the service described. If we approve a refund for service failure, we will process it to the original payment method.

Rate lock and missed payments
Founder pricing stays locked while payments remain current. If a payment fails and is not resolved within the grace period shown on your invoice or receipt, the rate lock ends. Canceling a plan ends the rate lock.

Advertising and sponsorships

What an ad purchase includes
An ad or sponsorship purchase reserves a specific placement, size, and date range, subject to our written or emailed confirmation. We review all creative for suitability, accuracy, and technical compliance. We may reject or request edits for any reason.

Deadlines and materials
You agree to provide final creative, links, tracking parameters, and any required disclosures by our stated deadline. If materials arrive late or incomplete, we may reschedule the run if inventory allows. If inventory does not allow, the run may be forfeited without refund.

Proof and approval
If we provide a proof, you must approve by the stated deadline. If you do not respond by the deadline, we may run the most recent approved version or hold the placement. If we hold the placement due to a missing approval, the run may be forfeited without refund.

Cancellations and reschedules
You can request to cancel or reschedule an ad before the materials deadline. We will try to accommodate a new date. If we cannot, we may issue a credit for a future run. Cancellations after the materials deadline are not refundable. Credits expire twelve months from issuance unless we state otherwise in writing.

Make goods and missed runs
If we fail to publish your confirmed ad on the agreed date due to our error, we will offer a comparable make good, a rescheduled run of equal value, or a refund for that missed insertion. If a partial run occurs, we may offer a prorated credit or a rescheduled partial run.

Prohibited content and compliance
We may refuse or remove ads that are unlawful, misleading, unsafe, or inappropriate for our audience. You are responsible for claims, substantiation, and required disclosures. You are responsible for compliance with laws and platform rules. Ads that we remove for policy or compliance reasons are not refundable once the placement date has started.

Tracking and performance
We provide delivery confirmation based on our internal logs. We do not guarantee clicks, opens, conversions, or specific outcomes. Any performance data we share is informational.

Billing and disputes

How to request a refund
Email support@sumnernexus.com from the same email used at checkout. Include your full name, your company if applicable, plan or order name, date of purchase, and a short note describing the issue. We will acknowledge your email within two business days and aim to resolve within ten business days.

Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers control when funds post to your account. This usually takes three to ten business days after we issue the refund.

Duplicate charges or billing errors
If you see a duplicate charge or an error, email support@sumnernexus.com. We will verify and correct valid errors. If a duplicate charge occurred, we will refund the duplicate.

Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can resolve most issues quickly. If you open a chargeback and the bank reverses the payment, your membership, ad order, or sponsorship may be paused or canceled while the dispute is active.

Non refundable items
Completed months of service are not refundable. Completed ad runs are not refundable. Materials, production, or design fees, if any, are not refundable once work begins. Fees charged by your bank or card issuer are not refundable. Third party services purchased outside our sites are not refundable by us.

Force majeure
If an event outside our control prevents or delays delivery, for example a platform outage, network failure, or emergency, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected run. If rescheduling is not possible, we may issue a credit for a future date.

Policy changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If we make material changes, we may post an additional notice on the site.
